Ms. Rhonda B. Rosen, Director, Investment Banking and Finance at Vector Asset Management, is a versatile and resourceful senior finance executive with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Investment Banker. Ms. Rosen has a well-developed transferable skill set that spans all areas of finance and accounting in a variety of industries including specialty pharmaceuticals, energy, asset management (private equity, hedge funds and traditional money managers) and insurance.

As a Managing Director of Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co. and Putnam Lovell NBF, Ms. Rosen originated and executed advisory assignments, acquisitions, divestitures and public and private financing transactions for alternative and traditional asset management companies, private equity firms, insurance companies and related financial services entities. Ms. Rosen has negotiated and closed transactions ranging in size from $50 million to $7 billion, and has raised capital for clients in both the public and private equity and debt markets, including numerous successful initial public offerings.

As CFO and key member of the management team of Tonix Pharmaceuticals and Validus Pharmaceuticals, specialty pharmaceuticals companies, Ms. Rosen helped launch and raise capital for both firms to finance drug development studies and drug asset acquisitions. She has negotiated the purchase of, and orchestrated the economic and technical transfer process with respect to the sales, manufacturing and regulatory oversight of certain drug assets, including the negotiation of transition and other service agreements. As CFO and key member of the management team of The Golden Financial Group, a variable annuity life insurance company, Ms. Rosen helped negotiate and close on venture capital financing as well as bank and corporate debt financing, and assisted in negotiating the ultimate sale of the company to Mutual Benefit Life.

Ms. Rosen excels at making dramatic improvements in early stage companies and turnaround environments. Ms. Rosen is a creative, self-directed leader and team player focused on providing the highest level of service to internal and external customers, with a unique ability to see the “big picture” while focusing on important details. She combines strong analytical and negotiating skills with the ability to build enduring working relationships with all stakeholders. Ms. Rosen has served as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior management of both publicly traded and private equity owned companies, and has significant experience with both ongoing and transactional SEC reporting. She is committed to adding value and exceeding expectations through effective multi-tasking, collaborative problem solving, disciplined decision-making, determination and persistence.

Ms. Rosen earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounting and her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude. She received her Master of Science (MS) in Taxation degree from Fox School of Business at Temple University. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Rosen holds numerous licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) including General Securities Principal and Financial Operations Principal.
